I have a single video track on the whole screen, and then I want to cut to four other clips, each in a quadrant (upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right).
I have each of those set to fade in.
However, when I Export the file and the video is rendered, only the one in the upper left actually fades in.
The other three just appear on the screen when the fade is over.
Am I doing anything wrong?
It works for me. Below is a screenshot of how I did did it. The fade-in filter needs the “Adjust opacityinstead of fade with black” option set.
You need to provide more info - maybe a screenshot like mine.

Thanks for your reply. It took me a while but I was able to finish my video. I have to learn how to put pics and videos in these forum posts, but this is the video I ended up with. It’s only the third video I have made and by far more advanced than the other two. The original issue I had occurs at 1:05
Just drag them in the area where you type your posts/replies
Limited to 4 megs (photos, gifs, videos)
