Clip inside a tv screen

Hello,
I would like to start a video showing it inside a tv screen from another clip. For that I need to be able to resize the clip as if it was seen from aside (for example left side shorter than the right side).
Is there a shotcut filter to do that ?

Possible to create a non-rectangular, uneven image?

I have a shot of a laptop on a desk. The laptop is not “square” to the camera. I’d like to insert an image over the laptop screen so it looks as if a video is playing. That means the right edge of the image has to be shorter than the left edge. Is there a way to do this?
