“Clear All” clears all completed jobs.

This has been added as “Remove All” for consistency (also helps with translations) for next version 19.12. Since it says “All” I made it remove completed and pending jobs but not a running job so as to not be destructive. Let me know if you feel strongly that it should only be completed jobs,and I will change it as such including wording on the menu item.
Maybe separate “Remove Finished” for finished jobs and “Remove Pending” for pending jobs?
