Hello,
Please how do the Choppy and nervous filters Work to make a title shake with sound, I tried several solutions except the good one of course.
Thank you for your help
Hi @Epsilon85
The filter to use to make something shake with sound is the Audio Dance Visualization filter. Choppy and Nervous won’t do anything visible on an static object like a title.
But the Audio Dance Visualization will not work on a image clip, video clip or text clip that does not also contain audio. Also, it wont show anything when used on a clip that only contains audio (like a MP3 for example).
My solution for you is this:
Step 1
- Create a blank project
- Add an audio track
- Import your audio clip in that track.
- Export using the Quicktime Animation preset.
The exported file will have the .mov extension.
It will be a transparent video file and will contain your audio.
Step 2
- Open your main project.
- Add a Video track on top of your timeline.
- On that new track, import the .mov file you created in Step 1.
- Add your title (Text: Simple or Text: Rich filters)
- Add the Audio Dance Visualization filter.
