I had to open my old version because the new version isn’t properly recording voice overs. When you capture file it doesn’t record audio. If I do a 15 sec VO, I instead get back in the source an invalid video feedback with ~12 min of silent audio. What is going on?
Voice over was broken in 19.09. It’s fixed in 19.10.Beta.
Try that.
Fixed Open Other > Audio/Video Device capture (broken in v19.09).
This was fixed in the beta for 19.10 either use it or 19.08 until 19.10 is stable.
