I installed the application for the first time from scratch, but I can’t start it. At startup, a splash screen appears indicating the loading of modules, but then the application closes until the main interface is displayed. An application crash was recorded in the system event log. Windows 64 bit system v10.0.17763.737, shotcut v19.09.14.

Shotcut does not work on every computer. Sorry, but I do not know why it is crashing from the logs you provided. The only thing I can suggest is to change the Shotcut “opengl” key in the registry to 0 using the info provide on our Configuration Keys page.
I added the specified key to the registry, but this had no effect.
