When a clip is too small, I can’t resize it, only move it ?

You need to go to properties and chance speed from 1.000 to 0,9 or another number to fit what you need …
I noticed that too a few days ago. Looks like a bug
One way to recreate:
- Add a clip to the timeline
- Grab the red handle bar and move it to the left to resize the clip.
When the cursor goes past the first frame on the clip, it stops being resized. Then the clip is no longer resizable.
Workaround: Go to Timeline menu > Selection > Select none (even if the clip doesn’t look like it is selected). Then it is resizable again
