Can't Render a Clip into a Long Video

I have a series of short 265 video clips taken by a GoPro. There is one particular clip that either causes the rendered video to freeze up permanently, freeze up temporarily or just corrupts the image no matter how many times I render it. This occurs on different VBR quality levels and I have tried rendering it to both 265 and 264 video footage. The only thing unusual about this video is that the camera was in a sinusoidal loop of brightness adjusting during it. What can I do to successfully render this clip as part of a longer video? Is there any Shotcut setting that will prevent this corruption from happening?

@Ryu Is this problematic clip placed beyond the 59:59 (m:s) time mark in your timeline? I’m asking, because I’ve experienced things not working as expected in long video projects once they crossed that mark. I haven’t filed a bug report yet, because, like most users, I don’t usually have to work on very long videos, so I didn’t have enough opportunities to reproduce the issue.
