Can't move track to line

Hi There

From time to time, after I worked for a while with shortcut (I can’t really reproduce the issue). I’m not able to move a clip or an audio track to any line. My mouse cursor looks like this when I try to drag&drop:
mlt_%20-%20Shotcut

Workaround: Save file and restart shotcut.
