I’m trying to export a video at a funny resolution, the resolution in question being 1624x1526. The export always fails, and I get a popup looking a little something like this:

Are you changing Export > Advanced > Video > Resolution, or is the Settings > Video Mode determining the resolution? What is the aspect ratio? I did not reproduce it on Windows, which is where I am at the moment.
Now, I switched to my M1 Mac with macOS 12 (OS version probably does not matter), and I still did not reproduce it. I tried with and without GPU Effects, and with and without hardware encoder. There was probably something specific to your project that is the cause.
