Can't export to a video file

I just finished my first Shotcut project but I can’t export it!! I’ve tried several formats. All of them fail. Here are the fail logs:

This is very frustrating. I’ve got a beautifully done project and can’t get a video file out of it! Please help. Thanks.

I’m having the exact same problem and have heard lots of people are dealing with this too, have you tried rendering as ‘YouTube’ and not ‘mp4’

Yep. I tried YouTube and several other formats. Same result. I did find the perfect solution. I switched to the free version of VideoPad. It is much closer to Windows Movie Maker and feels much easier to use.
