Can't Encode Split Video

I can’t upload more than 15 minute videos to YT. So I split at playhead, shift the second part to the left, then export. But it fails at 99% (and the result does not play back properly) with this log:

How much RAM does your computer have?

It is possible that your computer is running out of memory (or not enough for a big block of memory). You can try to reboot and immediately start Shotcut and export project before opening other applications.

It seems to be from changing the YouTube preset from 8 fps to 1 fps. The recording is in 1, so I don’t know what difference it makes. Also the videos don’t play in WMP or VLC either way, but they do work on YT.
