There is nothing to select, just type in your file name.

But you’re altering each file with the windows properties window after you export them.
And you’ve showed this twice now.
And while you probably got this window from Microsoft warning you of the change, you ignored it.
Too many Windows users are easily confused by the fact that “Save as type” is empty and not used. I just added something there for the next version 19.01.x.
