Hello

I have tried to export my video, and export does not work.

This is not a bug. Your installation is invalid. From your log:

mlt_repository_init: failed to dlopen D:\Shotcut\lib\mlt/libmltgtk2.dll

That is not a good sign, but this DLL is not very important.

That is a very bad sign. It means either
a) You are using a rather old version that has a serious unknown problem.
b) You have program files from multiple versions mixed together. Sometimes, it does not matter, but still the installation is no longer reliable. Our installer removes the old program folder first. If you are using the portable zip, you should not extract into the same folder without emptying it first.

This tells me you are running the latest version 21.01 or the unstable 21.04 alpha because that log message was not added until then. That also puts you into the b) category above. The most reliable way to address this is to:

reboot
delete D:\Shotcut
reinstall

I use 4 differents versions (cuz some doesn’t have lag BUT have good things, and opposite…)
So i’ll do it, reinstall all. If I install all the version on differents folders for each ones, is it going to work?

(i’m now exporting on the most recent version and works for now)

Yes, different folders are needed for different versions.

I cannot say that 100%. We recently found a crash bug with PNGs containing an alpha channel (transparency mask) that I traced back to version 20.06. This is already fixed for the next version 21.02 that will be available by the end of the month. There will always be bugs and sometimes crashes especially since we are not a bug company with a testing team.
