When I add a Size and Position filter, I try to drag it around to move it to my desired position. But I get the error “cannot drag from project”.
I noticed that I am on the “Project” tab, not the “Source” tab. I assume this is why I am getting the error. But when I click on the Source tab it just gives me a black video.
In the old version of Shotcut you are using, you need to grab the small grey circle showing in the middle of the clip to move the clip.
In the latest versions, the Size and Position and the Rotate and Scale filters were merged into one single filter called Size Position & Rotate .
