Well, I can’t drag ANY file to shotcut’s timeline or playlist. The playlist also doesn’t say anything when I try to drag and drop a video or an audio file. Also, once i try to open a file too, it fails.

Same, except I can open files just fine. Everything works correctly, except for dragging to timeline. I haven’t even changed versions or anything, it just stopped working. Instead of dragging, it just scrubs the cue marker when I try to drag to timeline.
Not same here. Versions 18.01.02 & 18.03.06 both work for dragging files to the playlist. Then once in the playlist I can drag the files to the timeline.
Wow. Just figured out that i was dragging straight from phone to shotcut.
