i using shotcut 19.04 and my question is can i download and use new “scanline” filter without need to update the whole program?
if the answer is “yes” from where i can download it?
Why don’t you want to update the program?
just i dont want to… so do i can use the filters or not ?
You would have to download the portable version of the latest update then go to the filters folder, pull out the folders for the effects you want then drop them into the filters folder of the version you are using.
