Can I remove the check of new version when starting the shotcut?

Hello,

I remember some version ago we had an option to opt in or off to receive the message in white letters and blue background … saying we are using the last version or like the picture that there is a new version of shotcut … it is sunset and checking the version became default ?

like vertsion 22.09.23 is avaliable … click here to get it
