Button to set standard length for pictures is inactive

I just downloaded Shotcut and want to combine videos and pictures. I also watched some tutorials and found how it is normally possible to set a standard length for pictures. But the button is inactive and I read that also other users are having that problem, but I didn’t find any soluton on that.

Set the default length in the Source tab.
