To answer your questions:
In the 10+ years I’ve been sharing my music, I think there was 1 instance where YouTube’s algorithm mistook one of my tracks for someone else’s work…and it was absolutely ridiculous because my track sounded nothing like the one it was referring to. Besides that, I can’t think of any other times it’s happened. Content creators use my tracks all the time without any problems.
And yes, you have to properly attribute me in order to use my tracks legally. Attribution information is here:
