Yesterday I made a video and saved it, and when it finished, it showed an ‘x’. However, when I play the video in my media player, it plays normally and is fully saved. Today I was saving another video, and in the saving area after it finished, it showed an ‘x’ again, but it saved everything else fine. When it converts, the video processes well, and after processing, it shows a green checkmark. But when it saves, it stops showing that green checkmark; instead, it looks like it failed, but it saved everything fine. I am using Windows; has anyone else noticed this issue?
First, that version is not supported. There was an emergency fix to 26.7 necessitating 26.8. Upgrade please.
Secondly, this is a well known issue. It is called a false negative. Something in your project is making the background export program crash when closing itself, but after the export file was successfully written.
