Best way to mute talking, and then add music

I’m looking for the best practice to mute all the talking in a video, and then add a sound track to it. Is it possible to do both?

Yes, the soundtrack will be added as a separate audio only track, you can either mute the audio in an entire track easily with the “speaker” button
