Hi! I’ve recently bought a Fimi Palm 2 pro and record everything in 2,7k 30fps. I absolutely love the footage and now I need to do a little editing in Shotcut. Would it be best to add a custom video mode or should I select a pre-made video mode from the menu?
I’d greatly appreciate any advice, thank you very much in advance,

A custom video mode that matches the camera resolution would preserve the highest quality. It’s probably worth it if you really like the footage and whatever subject you’re shooting.
If your interest is smaller file sizes, then using a 1080p standard video mode would help at the expense of quality.
