I’m trying to export to my ipad via dropbox but get an error message and dropbox wont send it to my ipad, or if I succeed my ipad doesnt like it. I beleive it was MP4 format, is this correct?
I am not sure what is creating the problem, shotcut or Dropbox…
I have no problem exporting with shotcut in the default format (mp4), and also no problem with uploading and downloading from dropbox. Also no problem with playing it.
Try re-exporting with the default or any apple acknowledged codec.
Maybe try playing it through vlc on your ipad.
Alternatively, did you try icloud or something else instead?
And regarding the original question, you can play almost any widely known format.
