Best export settings for maximum quality

Hi!
I’ve been using ShotCut for a few days and I find it great for free software.
As you can see from the title they are looking for the best export settings for youtube and keep the maximum video quality.
Currently before using shotcut I recorded my gameplay with OBS and playing with the scenes I created my file and uploaded the file as it came out.
Now instead I want to record the video always with OBS but before uploading it to YouTube I would like to edit it with shotcut and here we say no problems or doubts.
my doubts are which settings to use to maintain maximum quality without creating another oversized video.
now I used H264 High Profile proofilo for export by modifying some entries:

vpre=medium
preset=medium
movflags=+faststart
f=mp4
acodec=aac
channels=2
ar=48000
ab=256k
vcodec=h264_nvenc
rc=constqp
vglobal_quality=0
vq=0
g=30
bf=2
top_field_first=2
deinterlace_method=yadif
rescale=hyper
threads=11

do you have any advice to give me to further improve the quality?

now i am uploading the same video to youtube to compare the various settings.
Now I’m testing the Lossless- H.264 profile

preset=medium
coder=ac
f=mp4
acodec=aac
channels=2
ar=48000
ab=384k
vcodec=h264_nvenc
rc=constqp
vglobal_quality=0
vq=0
g=30
bf=2
top_field_first=2
deinterlace_method=yadif
rescale=hyper
threads=11
