Yes, that fade happened just before 6 mins 45 seconds of the video.

Hello,

When you add 2 videos to a track go to the vertical line where they meet.

For the track on the left you click on the top right corner of the first video (you will see a small dot as you hover over the corner) and drag to the left or right.

For the track on the right you click on the top left corner of the second video (you will see a small dot as you hover over the corner) and drag to the left or right.

Play around with the left / right drag and see which gives you the best effect.

You can also drag the right side (second video) into the left side (first video) so that they over lap. It will also give you a fade effect.
