ich möchte ein Video erstellen mit einer Videospur und einer Audiospur. Beim beim Einfügen einer MP3datei in die Audiospur verschiebt sich die Videospur um die Dauer der Mp3datei. Was mache ich da falsch. Danke für eine Hilfe.

You have the “Ripple edits across all tracks” icon set. (The right-most of the 2 items highlighted below). Unset it.

‘ripple across all tracks’ you move everything to the right when inserting in one track. So use this option wisely
