Before video starts introduction?

Just a simple black page I add some text and tell the viewers about what they expect in the video?
Can I do that in shortcut without the need to go to an image editor and do it?

  1. Press Home (to move playhead to beginning)
  2. Open Other > Text
  3. Paste (in Edit menu or Timeline toolbar)
  4. Edit the text and its properties in the Filters panel
