Background turns black in a transition

What is your operating system?

  • Windows 11

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

  • 22.11.25 ( using Shotcut as is, haven’t changed any settings )

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
I use two clips and by dragging second clip into the first one I create transition.
Same two clips are in second timeline under. And in this second timeline, where the transition from first timeline is, the clip is not played out but instead its blacked out.

Adding two screenshots with before and during transition. On the background clips are Size and Blur filters nothing else.

Any ideas guys ?
