Background Blur

I have a clip of a woman in a flower shop facing camera, I should like to keep the woman sharp but gently blur the background. Is this possible?

You can probably adapt the method explained there to fit your need.
You’ll probably just need to change the shape and/or dimensions of the mask.
Note thought that not ALL the background will be blurred.
