Average bitrate instead of Quality-based VBR.zip (669 Bytes)

Unarchive and put my preset to your folder with presets (in Linux ~/.local/share/Meltytech/Shotcut/presets/encode). Then open Shotcut and clone my preset. You will see that bitrate setting became “Average bitrate”.
