Delete all the unwanted borders (preserving subtitles if present)

Adjust color saturation to avoid chromatic aberrations (red/purple, blue) if necessary

Improve the stabilization if necessary

recognize scenes

Present all the parts in worst state

Suggest all unwanted scene (i.e. advertisement, incomplete scene, recording transition)
I know my suggestion very difficult but that’s not my personal wish, in fact it’s needed by a lot of people working actively on magnetics cassettes recover.
In one way it’s a big project…
A partnership between SHOTCUT and national institutes of audiovision could be possible especially from emerging countries.
