'Auto Limiter' between two different audiotracks

Hello dear developers, I had an interesting question on my YT channel whether it is possible to attenuate the volume of an audio track 1 at certain points to such an extent that audio track 2 can be heard better.
It is known as an ‘auto limiter’ when a DJ speaks into the microphone and the volume of the music is automatically reduced by an adjustable value X.
It is quite clear to me that both audio tracks must then be compared with one another in order to achieve the desired effect.
I thought of the architecture of ‘blend mode’ as is the case with video tracks.

This is possible today, but not automatically, by using keyframes with the Gain/Volume filter.

Yes, thats exactly what I answered to my questioneer.
