Audio/Video works on PC but out of sync on iPhone

I created a video in Filmora using my Sony ZV-E10 and Rode PodMic. Video looks great and audio is synced after export on PC. When viewed on iPhone it is out of sync. I even edit captions on iphone, still out of sync on iPhone, but when viewed again from PC with captions everything is synced properly.

I’ve spent countless hours researching and trying different things with same result. Will not work when viewed from mobile. Strange thing, its even more out of sync on my girlfriends iPhone. Any ideas? Please help!
