What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

I tried to mix audio like transition on same audio track and it is not mixing
Is this expected ? or a known fix to do ?

This is not a bug. It works, but an audio transition is a cross-fade so there is not much to hear where both audio are very active/prominent at the same time, but you can change that. With the transition select, go to Properties and change it like:
