I’m trying to add some military style comms effect to some audio. I’ve watched an Audacity video showing how to reproduce the effect, with filter curve (equalisation), high pass filter, distortion and normalise.
So far I’ve managed to use the High Pass audio filter but I want to add some noise or that tin can sound like this.
Can it been done in Shotcut?
This probably isn’t what you want, as this is just an example. I just applied the high pass filter in Shotcut, and added an audio clip I found on this site.
thanks @Hudson555x, I was hoping there would be another filter that would add the crackle/noise but I shall give this a try. Otherwise it might be easier to apply the effect in audacity then slice it Shotcut.
