I am using Shotcut 22.04.25 on Ubuntu Linux 20.04 LTS. All features are working normally, but I get audio noise during any dissolve between two video clips. This occurs if I have two video clips with no audio, but then apply an audio track of background music. Is there a way to remove this noise?
I should add this noise is not present in mp4 files that I export from Shotcut.
That is the poor preview quality because the processing is done in realtime on CPUs. It does the best it can, and it depends on resolution and frame rate. Using proxy and preview scaling helps a lot. Surely, this in #FAQ and there are plenty of resources here and YouTube that explain how to use those.
