Audio jumping forward when applying changes

What is your operating system?
Windows 11 64-bit

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?
22.06.23 64-bit

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)
Appears to be completely random, working on a video project and cutting/moving the audio and suddenly it starts at a different point in the track from the beginning. Changed the gain and the same thing also happened. I have to edit it within Shotcut to get the specific timings needed for lining up tracks, so I can’t export it to Audacity or another editing app. It fixes itself after a restart of the app, but needing to restart the app every time I need to edit an audio track is slow and tedious. After the restart, making any sort of edit immadiately throws it out of sync again.

You need “convert the audio” to edit-friendly:click on the Convert to Edit-friendly tab at the bottom of the “Properties” view.

Make a copy of your project (.mlt) file just in case it causes problems.
