Hello,
We have not been creating videos for some time. When we export our videos using our custom settings, the audio is not adjustable via the video player. It plays at a consent volume.
This did not happen previously using the same export settings.
When we export via Shotcut’s default setting, the audio is adjustable.
Does anyone know what would cause this and where we could start looking in the settings for our custom exports?
