Audio doesnt work when i import

I tried to import a mp4 video but theres no sound!
But when i open the unedited footige theres just normal sound.
I even tried to reinstall en it still does not work.

I have been using Shotcut for several weeks now and just ran into this problem a few days ago. Did you check out the various remedies that were suggested in that post? Also, it would be useful to know what Operating System you are running on and what version of Shotcut (see the menu item Help Also, try posting a screenshot as described in that post.
