Alpha Chanel at Movie and Picture

Hi, i try to set a stinger for obs but it dosnt work. I got a movie file with alpha and i will add 2 pictures both got a alpha from paint.net. I Do picture 1 on v2 - picture 2 on v3 and the movie on v1. I try all “alpha” export versions but IT dosnt work. I got read all topics but no one can help me.

P.s. if i try both pictures as mov on obs in QuickTime format IT works
