Windows 10 x64, present both in curent beta 24.04.13 and previous stable 24.02.29
If you add the stabilization filter to multiple clips (tested with 3+) and don’t click on Analyse but just go export and accept the popup, all the files are analysed but output is written to the same file (in my case 1.stab) so all clips get bad stabilization data except the last one.
All these scenarios are affected: copy-paste the filter, manually add filter and Apply copied filters to multiple clips.
