Currently when dragging from the playlist to the timeline with reduced track height the thumbnail is taller than the track and hides the end of the clip making it hard to place.
I would like to suggest adding a bit of transparency to be able to see the end of the clip, or perhaps a dotted line to be able to see where the end of the clip is.
