When possible create into the text filter a button to fit the text to screen like exists in timeline … it will help a lot

You showed the rich text filter, but the simple text filter does what you are asking. They are intentionally different. I suggest to use the most appropriate one depending on the need.

Yes, that would help much.
I use rich text filter a lot.
Simple text filter is not the one for me.
maybe sometime you can change mind and add this fantastic tool of simple text to rich text
