Hello,
I was looking for a german forum, but perhaps you can help me anyway.

I downloaded shotcut and found out it is a very complex software. What I was looking for was an easy simple software for cutting clips (TV recordings) on its beginning and end only, without new rendering. Is this possible with shotcut? I did not find a way to do it in the tutorials. Is there any cheap software for doing this?

For that workflow, use only the Source player or View > Layout > Player. Then, trim the clip in the Source player and choose Properties > menu (=) > Extract Sub-clip…
