HuffYUV or UTvideo in an mkv container is going to be your best choice, both have had some fine tuning in the forum here to improve both their color accuracy and performance, the two linked threads are both worth a read.
The current HuffYUV export preset I think should be modified. @D_S has continually recommended HuffYUV for lossless export because of how speedy it is for editing but this has never been my experience when trying out the HuffYUV preset in Shotcut. It always takes such a long time in Shotcut to load after trying to open and even after it loads it runs real slow when making cuts and other kinds of edits. This is why I’ve used Ut Video instead.
