3 Videos side by side horizontally

I’m not sure how to describe what I need but here goes.

I want to divide the screen into 3 horizontal screens but using “Size, Position & Rotate” and using the “grid”. Within these screens I want 3 different videos. I have tried to do this but I can only resize each video by changing the whole video by making it smaller as opposed to cutting out 2/3 of the video to fit into a third of the screen. I hope this makes sense…..

Any help would be appreciated.

Use Crop: Rectangle, with Padding color “Transparent”
Use the Size, Position & Rotate to adjust the vertical placement if needed.
