I deleted it so can’t refer to Help.
Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

I tried 2 projects of interlaced 704 x 480i .ts files - TV streams. None would start to render.
I then restored 21.03.21 and opened the project saved from 21.08.29.
It asked if I would like to repair the project? Yes.
The project rendered fine.
