I am a middle school counselor by profession, and I reside in the inland Pacific Northwest. My pastime has been photography for the last 14 years, but I am slowly adding videography to that list as well. During the pandemic of 2020, I needed to ramp up my video skills in order to get my message out to our students. After trying a few different video editors, I settled on Shotcut. I also plan on further developing my skills to be able to tell stories about my area.
