I have a video clip saved in mlt, when I want to reload it as a clip in XML it turns black as soon as it is positioned on the timeline and is equipped with the opacity filter, while it appears normal on the preview screen
The other clips are not affected by this bug.

Following your instructions, can’t duplicate the issue.
Perhaps share a screenshot of your entire Shotcut window of what you’re experiencing.

Thanks for your answer, however I solved the problem by remaking the clip, something I should have done before posting the bogus problem, my apologies.
